To begin your order simply click here to visit our Etsy store. You will need to select the size, frame and quantity options you'd like from the dropdown menus and click "add to cart".

Once you have added your Thoughtful Silhouette to your cart and completed the checkout process you will need to send your image and text to info@thoughtfulsilhouettes.com.

From the time your photo and text are received to the time your product will arrive usually takes between 1 - 2 weeks. This may change based on the size of your order as larger portraits may take a little longer to complete.

When selecting the photo to be used you want to make sure that facial features are clear. Also high contrast photos work the best when converted to ink portraits.

The sky is the limit. There are no right or wrong answers. Poems, Lyrics, letters from a loved one etc. Be as creative as you want with the text.

Shipping is calculated using USPS Priority Mail. This is determined based on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping is limited to the domestic United States however exceptions can be made. Send an email to info@thoughtfulsilhouettes.com if you have any questions or concerns about whether or not Thoughtful Silhouettes ships to you.

Orders are generally received 3 - 4 business days after being marked as "shipped" in Etsy. You will receive an email notification of shipment with a tracking number.
